For the first time, CREW M and Les Elles de la construction are bringing their networks together to create a space where two closely connected industries, commercial real estate and construction, can come together.
Through an interactive collaborative workshop, participants will work in small groups to explore real-world challenges related to project management, collaboration, leadership, and the dynamics between the many stakeholders involved in a project. From strategic vision to on-the-ground execution, this event is designed to foster meaningful conversations, share experiences, and generate practical ideas that participants can apply within their own organizations.
