CREW M’s Connections & Growth program offers a unique opportunity to create enriching human relationships and build strong professional bonds. Designed to encourage the sharing of experience, collaboration and skills development within the real estate industry, this program takes the form of face-to-face breakfasts, enabling sincere and inspiring exchanges between CREW M members.

PROGRESS AND THEMES 2024-2025

The program is structured around four convivial lunchtime workshops, each addressing a theme essential to enriching members’ career paths:

  • Professional coaching: techniques and tips to accelerate career development
  • Synergology: exploring the art of reading non-verbal behaviors to improve communication
  • Business development and Elevator Pitch: learn how to present yourself with impact and develop your professional opportunities
  • Your “Me Inc”: my style, my strengths, my leadership: a workshop to better understand and assert your unique leadership style
