Good news! Three (3) administrator positions and one (1) President-Elect position are open for applications!

Sitting on the CREW M Board of Directors means:

  • Building a solid and influential business network;
  • Actively participating in the advancement of women in real estate;
  • Being at the forefront of the latest developments in the field;
  • Developing practical knowledge of how a board of directors operates;
  • Advancing your career!

Overview of CREW M Board roles:

  • President-Elect: ensures continuity of leadership on the Board.
  • Secretariat: ensures the smooth administrative and legal running of the Board.
  • Treasury: oversees the organization’s rigorous financial management.
  • Strategic planning: steers the long-term vision (approx. 6 volunteers).
  • Fundraising: coordinates the search for sponsors (approx. 6 volunteers).
  • Communications: develops CREW M’s visibility strategy (approx. 6 volunteers).
  • Quebec: represents the chapter in the Quebec City region and supports its development (approx. 5 volunteers).
  • Member Services: oversees the member experience through membership, mentoring and networking (approx. 12-15 volunteers).
  • Events: designs and implements CREW M’s flagship activities (approx. 12-15 volunteers).

Process flow:

  • The nomination period is open until July 17, 2026 at 11:59 pm.
  • Two virtual information sessions will be held by President-elect Valérie DesRoches to answer your questions about the role on the Board of Directors and the selection process:

    • Tuesday, June 23, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
    • Monday, July 6, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • The applications received will then be analyzed by the candidate selection committee.
  • Interviews will be held in August.
  • A final decision will then be made
