Golf Committee: 2 Co-Chairs and 5 Volunteers
The annual CREW M Golf Tournament is a key event that brings together members and partners for a day of networking and camaraderie. The Golf Committee is responsible for organizing this event, ensuring its planning, smooth execution, and financial success.
As part of their role, committee members (either as directors or committee members) will assist the Golf Committee Administrator.
Main responsibilities:

Support the planning and logistics of the tournament;

Identify and engage sponsors and partners;

Promote the event to CREW M members and network;

Attend one monthly meeting and meet established deadlines.
Member Services Committee: 2 Volunteers Needed
CREW M’s success relies on the engagement and satisfaction of its members. The Member Services Committee aims to provide an enriching experience by developing membership, retention, and engagement strategies. It plays a key role in creating a dynamic and inclusive network.
As part of their role, committee members (directors, collaborators, or committee members) will assist the Member Services Committee Administrator.
1 volunteer for the Recruitment Committee
Main responsibilities:

Support membership renewal and promotional campaigns throughout the year;

Participate in select visibility events;

Review and approve new membership applications.
1 volunteer for the Mentorship Committee
Main responsibilities:
-
Assist the Committee Director in her activities;
-
Track tasks and ensure proper flow of information (communications, documents, records).
Strategic planning committee: 4 volunteers needed
The strategic committee is responsible for defining CREW M’s overall direction and ensuring the consistency of the initiatives implemented. It plays an essential role in the evolution and development of the organization.
As part of their duties, the members involved (director, collaborator, or committee member) will assist the administrator of the strategic committee.
- 1 person on the Outreach Committee: Influence and increase the visibility of the organization and its members
- 2 people on the Business Development Committee (BDC): Encourage business development among members
- 1 person on the CrewNetwork Committee: Promote and maximize the benefits of the Crew Network
