Finance Committee : 2 Volunteers Needed
The Finance Committee’s mission is to ensure the financial sustainability of CREW M by developing, structuring, and maintaining strategic partnerships with sponsors and financial partners. It plays a key role in supporting the association’s activities, events, and initiatives throughout the year.
As part of their duties, involved members (Director or Committee Members) work closely with the Finance Committee Administrator.
Desired Profile – Business Development:
- Strong interest in business development, partnerships, and fundraising;
- Comfortable with prospecting, business relationships, and representation;
- Strong strategic mindset and ability to identify opportunities;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Autonomous, professional, and proactive.
Mains Responsibilities:
- Recruit new sponsors and partners;
- Support and follow up with sponsors throughout the year;
- Contribute to the development and retention of the sponsor network;
- Participate in monthly meetings and weekly meetings during the campaign;
- Support the implementation of the annual fundraising strategy;
- Time commitment: approximately 5 to 7 hours per month.
Events Committee : 1 Committee Director Needed
The Events Committee is responsible for planning and organizing the events that shape and enrich the life of CREW M. It helps create opportunities for networking, professional development, and knowledge sharing for all CREW M members.
As part of their duties, involved members (Director or Committee Members) work closely with the Events Committee Board Liaison to support the committee’s mandate.
Main responsibilities:

Oversee the planning and organization of events: contribute to brainstorming and developing innovative ideas to ensure events align with CREW M’s mission and objectives;

Develop strategies to ensure the success of events;

Maintain relationships with partners and sponsors;
-
Lead and support committee members: provide guidance to committee volunteers by delegating responsibilities and overseeing the completion of tasks;
- Attend monthly meetings (one per month) and ensure diligent follow-up on ongoing projects;
- Estimated time commitment: approximately 10 to 12 hours per month.
Communication and Public Relations Committee : 1 Committee Director Needed
The Communications and Public Relations Committee’s mission is to promote and showcase the exceptional women who are members of CREW M through various communication channels, including the website, newsletter, and social media.
In this role, the Committee Director will work closely with the Communications and Public Relations Committee Board Liaison.
Main responsibilities:

Oversee the strategic planning of communications by proposing clear and innovative initiatives aligned with CREW M’s mission and objectives;

Serve as the liaison with CREW Network, ensuring consistency and alignment of messaging and initiatives between CREW M and CREW Network internationally;
-
Oversee relationships with partners and the media;
-
Lead and support committee members by assigning responsibilities, mentoring volunteers, and monitoring the progress of assigned tasks;
-
Participate in monthly committee meetings (one per month) and ensure diligent follow-up on ongoing projects;

Commit approximately 10 to 12 hours per month to this role.

Committee Members will support the Communications and Public Relations Committee Board Liaison in carrying out the committee’s mandate.
Desired Profile – Social Media Management

Strong knowledge and proficiency in major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn;

Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy;

Excellent command of both English and French, both written and spoken;

Strong visual sense and the ability to create engaging, aesthetically appealing content;

Creativity, initiative, and strong organizational skills;

Excellente communication and writing abilities;

Keen interest in digital communications and social media trends;

Availability to attend networking events and create on-site content when required.
Desired Profile – Communications Review and CREW Network Liaison

Excellent command of both English and French, both written and spoken;

Exceptional attention to detail, with strong editing, proofreading, and quality assurance skills;

Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt content for different audiences;

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines;

Ability to serve as a liaison with CREW Network by ensuring consistency and alignment of messaging, initiatives, and best practices between CREW M and CREW Network internationally;

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills;

Interest in strategic communications and working within an international network.
