Finance Committee : 2 Volunteers Needed 

The Finance Committee’s mission is to ensure the financial sustainability of CREW M by developing, structuring, and maintaining strategic partnerships with sponsors and financial partners. It plays a key role in supporting the association’s activities, events, and initiatives throughout the year.

As part of their duties, involved members (Director or Committee Members) work closely with the Finance Committee Administrator.

Desired Profile – Business Development:

  • Strong interest in business development, partnerships, and fundraising;
  • Comfortable with prospecting, business relationships, and representation;
  • Strong strategic mindset and ability to identify opportunities;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Autonomous, professional, and proactive.

Mains Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new sponsors and partners;
  • Support and follow up with sponsors throughout the year;
  • Contribute to the development and retention of the sponsor network;
  • Participate in monthly meetings and weekly meetings during the campaign;
  • Support the implementation of the annual fundraising strategy;
  • Time commitment: approximately 5 to 7 hours per month.

Events Committee : 1 Committee Director Needed 

The Events Committee is responsible for planning and organizing the events that shape and enrich the life of CREW M. It helps create opportunities for networking, professional development, and knowledge sharing for all CREW M members.

As part of their duties, involved members (Director or Committee Members) work closely with the Events Committee Board Liaison to support the committee’s mandate.

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and organization of events: contribute to brainstorming and developing innovative ideas to ensure events align with CREW M’s mission and objectives;

  • Develop strategies to ensure the success of events;

  • Maintain relationships with partners and sponsors;

  • Lead and support committee members: provide guidance to committee volunteers by delegating responsibilities and overseeing the completion of tasks;

  • Attend monthly meetings (one per month) and ensure diligent follow-up on ongoing projects;
  • Estimated time commitment: approximately 10 to 12 hours per month.

NB: participation in a committee is reserved for members with an active membership.
