The Secretariat, Finance, Events, Quebec, and Member Services committees are currently looking for volunteers
Secretariat Committee: 1 volunteer
Your role: Assist the board secretary in monitoring the board’s activities, handling some administrative tasks, and supporting certain operational aspects of CREW M’s governance to ensure that decisions translate into concrete results. Commitment of 6 hours or more.
Finance Committee: 1 volunteer
Your role: Help ensure the organization’s financial health by monitoring budgets and managing funds transparently. Time commitment: 5 to 7 hours per month.
Events Committee: 4 volunteers
Your role: Support the administrator in organizing and promoting events, in collaboration with speakers, partners, and vendors. Time commitment: 5 to 7 hours per month.
Member Services Committee (SAM): 4 volunteers (2 for membership and 2 for mentoring)
Your role: to help create a rewarding member experience by developing strategies for membership, retention, and engagement, as well as by organizing activities that encourage participation. Commitment of 5 to 7 hours per month.
Quebec committee: 1 committee director
Your role:
- Contribute to the achievement of CREW M’s strategic objectives
- Help enhance the network’s appeal by attracting new members and partners
- Collaborate with a team of six volunteers to offer a diverse program of 5–6 events annually
- Support event organizers and coordinate teams, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld
- Draft the annual calendar
- Serve as the liaison between the committee administrator and other CREW M committees
- Prepare for and actively participate in monthly committee meetings (agenda and minutes)
- Term of 1 to 2 years
NB: participation in a committee is reserved for members with an active membership.
