Funding Committee: 3 Volunteers Needed
The Funding Committee’s mission is to ensure the financial sustainability of CREW M by developing, structuring, and maintaining strategic partnerships with sponsors and financial partners. It plays a key role in supporting the association’s activities, events, and initiatives throughout the year.
As part of their duties, involved members (Director or Committee Members) work closely with the Funding Committee Administrator.
Desired Profile – Business Development:
- Strong interest in business development, partnerships, and fundraising;
- Comfortable with prospecting, business relationships, and representation;
- Strong strategic mindset and ability to identify opportunities;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Autonomous, professional, and proactive.
Mains Responsibilities:
- Recruit new sponsors and partners;
Support and follow up with sponsors throughout the year; - Contribute to the development and retention of the sponsor network;
- Participate in monthly meetings and weekly meetings during the campaign;
- Support the implementation of the annual fundraising strategy.
- Time commitment: approximately 5 to 7 hours per month.
Golf Committee: 2 or 3 Volunteers
The annual CREW M Golf Tournament is a key event that brings together members and partners for a day of networking and camaraderie. The Golf Committee is responsible for organizing this event, ensuring its planning, smooth execution, and financial success.
As part of their role, committee members (either as directors or committee members) will assist the Golf Committee Administrator.
Main responsibilities:

Support the planning and logistics of the tournament;

Identify and engage sponsors and partners;

Promote the event to CREW M members and network;

Attend one monthly meeting and meet established deadlines.
Member Services Committee: 2 Volunteers Needed
CREW M’s success relies on the engagement and satisfaction of its members. The Member Services Committee aims to provide an enriching experience by developing membership, retention, and engagement strategies. It plays a key role in creating a dynamic and inclusive network.
As part of their role, committee members (directors, collaborators, or committee members) will assist the Member Services Committee Administrator.
1 volunteer for the Recruitment Committee
Main responsibilities:

Support membership renewal and promotional campaigns throughout the year;

Participate in select visibility events;

Review and approve new membership applications.
1 volunteer for the Mentorship Committee
Main responsibilities:

Assist the Committee Director in her activities;
-
Track tasks and ensure proper flow of information (communications, documents, records).
NB: participation in a committee is reserved for members with an active membership.
