VÉRONIQUE JEAN

After obtaining two DECs in architectural technology and building appraisal and evaluation technology, Véronique Jean climbed the appraisal ladder from technician to associate in less than 10 years. With 22 years’ experience, she is recognized for her skills in appraising various types of real estate, with a specialty in vacant land, expropriation files and contested municipal values. In 2018, Eximmo Montréal merged with HPDG to become HPDG Associés Inc. Véronique has held the position of Director of the Valuation Department ever since. In 2025, the HPDG team formalized a merger with its Quebec City colleague GDA.

LOUIS BERGERON

With a B.A.A. from HEC, specializing in finance, Louis Bergeron held a number of positions in the banking industry for 10 years. In 2012, he redirected his career to the field of valuation and began working for the firm HPDG. In 2015, he was appointed partner and co-headed the firm’s valuation department. In 2018, HPDG merged with Eximmo Montréal to become HPDG Associés Inc. Louis is appointed Managing Director, a position he has held ever since.

In 2025, the HPDG team formalizes a merger with its Quebec City colleague GDA. The merger of the two firms enabled HPDG to serve customers throughout Quebec, bringing together under one roof a team with diverse real estate expertise. The HPDG x GDA team comprises over 100 employees, including chartered appraisers (CAs), urban planners, economists, technicians, analysts and property managers.

ANASTASIA KOKLYAGINA

Commercial real estate broker and partner at CBRE

Anastasia is a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Associate at CBRE, specializing in tenant representation. She collaborates with her team to manage a wide range of clients across various sectors, handling everything from local needs to multi-market accounts on a national and international scale.

Before joining CBRE, Anastasia spent over a decade in telecommunications and holds a double major in Finance and Accounting from the John Molson School of Business.

Anastasia is highly organized and process oriented. Her strong emotional intelligence allows her to understand and respond to the needs of clients and colleagues with empathy and insight.

Outside of work, Anastasia is an avid reader, passionate about personal development and fitness.

DENIS HOULE

Senior Manager, Claridge Real Estate

Denis Houle is responsible for all investment and asset management tasks for Claridge’s real estate portfolio, including due diligence on new partnerships and investments, as well as ongoing monitoring and decision-making on existing assets. To this end, he is actively involved in all aspects of the development process, including municipal approvals, construction budgeting and financial analysis, product design and sales strategy. His mandate also includes supervising the team of financial analysts.

Mr. Houle joined Claridge in 2017 as Senior Director, Asset Management. Prior to that, he worked in the growth markets investment team at Ivanhoe Cambridge and the Caisse de retraite d’Hydro-Québec.

Mr. Houle has over 30 years’ experience in real estate investment and financing involving various types of assets. He began his career with Scotiabank’s mortgage and real estate units, before joining Cadim, a real estate subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, where he held the position of Director of Investments and Financing. Over the years, he has acquired extensive experience in real estate investment, financing and management.

Mr. Houle is actively involved in the community, and has participated in fundraising events for Centraide, La Fondation de l’Hôpital Ste-Justine and the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Quebec.

Mr. Houle holds an MBA from the École des Sciences de la Gestion and Université Paris-Dauphine.

ELISABETH MORIN

Is it possible to invest in real estate in a spirit of innovation, sustainability and partnership?

That’s exactly the question Elisabeth asked herself, and she wants to prove that it can.

After studying and working in sustainable development, Elisabeth made the leap into real estate to launch Groupe Aseron with her life partner!

Their company identifies high-potential buildings and develops them to meet Quebec’s growing housing needs.

By 2022, they own 18 buildings with a total of 130 rental units in Montreal, Granby, Trois-Rivières and Sherbrooke.

Elisabeth’s main responsibilities include administration, communications and marketing, as well as setting up more complex projects. She integrates elements of sustainable management into their operations and projects. They plan to invest in green and social buildings within 5 years, once their start-up phase is over! This career shift takes her out of her comfort zone, but it’s a life challenge that fulfills her! She continues to learn and train in order to develop new skills and put her abilities to good use.

YVES AUCLAIR

Yves began his real estate career in 1985, starting in brokerage. Over the following decades, he gained extensive experience in asset management, overseeing diverse real estate portfolios. His career progression took him from brokerage at RBC Capital Markets into the institutional real estate sector, where he held senior management positions at MetLife, GE Capital, Standard Life, Cadim, and PSP Investments before founding his own consulting firm.

Building on his extensive expertise in real estate asset management, Yves founded DESYX Capital in 2008, an advisory firm dedicated to assisting property owners with asset management strategies. In early 2024, he partnered with two senior professionals and rebranded the firm as AMA Capital Group. His hands-on experience and personalized approach have been instrumental in shaping AMA Capital into a premier boutique real estate consulting and investment firm. Under his leadership, the company has earned a strong reputation for quality work and consistent results.

Yves is a graduate of Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, is a CPA, and holds a commercial broker’s license from the OACIQ.

Éric Sansoucy is the spokesperson for Corpiq, the voice of over 30,000 owner-members housing nearly 1.5 million Quebecers. His media appearances and interventions with various levels of government are backed by his experience as a general contractor, owner and manager of some one hundred housing units in Montreal. He can also draw on his experience in governance, having served on several industry boards. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Corpiq, and on the boards of the Association professionnelle des designers d’intérieur du Québec (APDIQ) and the Association des professionnels de la construction et de l’habitation du Québec (APCHQ).
