INVITATION TO ATTEND THE CREW NETWORK CONVENTION IN VANCOUVER
We are pleased to inform you that CREW M will support the participation of selected members at the CREW Network Convention to be held in Vancouver on September 25, 26 and 27, 2024. This initiative aims to reinforce our commitment to continuing education and networking within our professional community.
The purpose of the form below is to gather your interest in participating in this event and to apply for a grant. Please note that available grants will partially cover costs, so you or your employer will need to be able to pay the difference.
We would like to know :
– Will you be participating?
– Is your participation contingent on receiving a grant (the exact amount has yet to be determined, but is estimated at 50% of the Convention ticket, i.e. around CAD 1,000)?
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
→ Even if you’re not applying for a grant, we invite you to fill out this form, as we’d like to build up a cohort representing Montreal and forge links before the event to optimize our experience in Vancouver.
→ Before completing the form, we present you with a summary budget estimate for your participation in the convention:
– Convention ticket (1499 USD): 2050 CAD
– Air Canada ticket: approx. 550 CAD
– 2 nights at one of the proposed hotels: 400 CAD per night = 800 CAD
– Daily allowance: 100 CAD per day = 300 CAD
– Estimated total: 3700 CAD per person
THE NEXT STEPS
→ Initially, we aim to collect your information in order to prepare the cohort and estimate how many people plan to participate. We will also organize a networking event to maximize our experience once in Vancouver.
→ The form consists of two sections:
– Section 1: Indicate your interest.
– Section 2: Complete your application to submit a scholarship request.
