The Candidate Solicitation Committee (the “CSC”) is an ad hoc committee formed for the purpose of managing the nomination process for positions to be filled on the Board of Directors (the “Board”) in preparation for elections by the General Meeting. Its primary mission is to independently review the applications received for the various positions available on the 2027 Board. We invite you to submit your candidacy to fill the five (5) available positions on the CSC.

Here is Some important information
• The CSC is composed of eight (8) members, including five (5) CREW M members. Three (3) are ex-officio members: the President, the President-Elect and the Past-President.
• To be eligible to apply for a seat on the CSC, you must be a member in good standing, not having served on the committee for two consecutive years in recent years and not intending to apply for a board member position in 2027.

Process and role of a CSC member
The nomination period for Board vacancies will run from April 1st, 2026, to April 30th, 2026. At the close of the nomination period, the CSC reviews the applications submitted. It verifies the candidates’ willingness to serve the Chapter’s interests and assesses their qualifications and experience. To this end, the CSC plans to meet in May and June. Once the analysis is complete, the committee will prepare a formal recommendation for the Board and the General Meeting, specifying the names of the candidates recommended for each position up for election. These recommendations will then be published and distributed in accordance with the deadlines set out in the by-laws, in preparation for the General Meeting of members.

We invite you to apply for a seat on the CSC no later than January 23th 2026, by sending an e-mail to gestion@crewm.com including your full contact information and briefly your professional background, your involvement with CREW M and why you would like to join the CSC. A full resume may also be attached.
