Tatiana Hakim serves as Director, Asset Management, at JLL Canada, bringing over 12 years of experience, including six years in commercial real estate. Since joining JLL, she has specialized in driving value through proactive asset management, customized portfolio strategies, and strong client partnerships. Known for translating strategic objectives into actionable execution, Tatiana ensures alignment across leasing, operations, marketing, and capital planning, collaborating closely with ownership teams to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and enhance performance at both the asset and portfolio levels. Prior to JLL, Tatiana held key roles at Ivanhoé Cambridge (now La Caisse), working across both retail and office assets, and previously in a strategic position within the CIO Office at PSP Investments, focused on senior management reporting and total portfolio oversight.
