On November 19, 2025, the industry will gather at the Jacques-Parizeau Building to celebrate the excellence of women in commercial real estate.
This year’s theme reflects a clear vision of action and impact: Building the Future. Today. It shines a spotlight on those who are already shaping a sustainable, inclusive, and innovative future for the entire sector.
The event will take place in one of Montréal’s most iconic venues, aligned with CREW M’s commitment to showcasing inspiring built environments.
The call for nominations for the Gala Excellence Awards is now open!
You are invited to recognize the achievements of a colleague, peer, or business contact who stands out through their leadership and contributions. You may also submit your own nomination.
To highlight the excellence of professionals in commercial real estate, CREW M will present four awards at the Gala on November 19, 2025.

THE EXCELLENCE AND LEADERSHIP AWARD
This award will be presented to an experienced woman working in the commercial real estate industry who has distinguished herself through her leadership, achievements, and commitment to her company, the industry, or the community at large. This category is open to both CREW M members and non-members.

THE RISING STAR AWARD
This award will be presented to a woman under the age of 40 who has been working in the commercial real estate industry for less than 10 years and has distinguished herself through initiative in her work and within the industry. This category is open to both CREW M members and non-members. |

THE CREW M ALLY AWARD
This award is presented to an experienced man working in commercial real estate who has distinguished himself by actively promoting CREW M, advancing women, and supporting their success within his company or the industry. This category is open to both CREW M members and non-members. |

THE CREW M ALLIED ORGANIZATION AWARD
This award is presented to a real estate organization that has distinguished itself by actively promoting CREW M, advancing women, and supporting their success within the company or across the industry. |

THE TRIBUTE AWARD
Awarded by the jury members, this prize recognizes the excellence of an experienced woman who has made a significant contribution to the advancement of women in the industry. This award is not open to nominations. |
