The Connections & Growth 2026-2027 program is now full.

Join CREW M’s Connections & Growth Workshops – a series of morning sessions designed to foster authentic connections, encourage mutual support, and support the professional growth of women in commercial real estate. (Workshops will be conducted in French.)

Across four monthly lunch sessions in Montreal, this program provides a welcoming environment for learning, sharing, and reflecting with peers. Each session explores a key theme essential to personal and professional development, all within a supportive and dynamic setting.

Connections & Growth empowers women in commercial real estate, nurtures both professional and personal growth, and creates a space where collective learning and experience sharing drive real development. 

THEMES 2026-2027

The program is structured around four convivial lunchtime workshops, each addressing a theme essential to enriching members’ career paths:

  • Demystifying Governance: Understand the fundamentals of governance and its role in healthy, sustainable management.
  • Interpersonal Communication & Leadership: Develop clear, constructive, and confident communication skills to strengthen everyday leadership. 
  • Failure as a Growth Opportunity: Normalize failure and develop a healthier, more constructive perspective on professional challenges.
  • Professional Outlook: Clarifying Your Next Milestones: Gain the perspective and tools needed to assess your current trajectory and identify your development priorities.

    PRACTICAL INFORMATION

    • Dates: October 1 | November 12 | February 4 | April 15
    • Time: From 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., with recommended arrival between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. to connect and enjoy the provided breakfast.
    • Location:
      Workshops 1 and 2: 39th floor, 1 Place Ville-Marie, Montreal, Quebec H3B 3Y1
      Workshops 3 and 4: TBA
    • Fee: $100 for all 4 workshops / reserved for members only
    • Language: Workshops will be conducted in French only.
    • Limited places: 25 participants, so don’t wait to reserve your spot!
