À PROPOS
DE MOI

I am currently Vice President of Operations at Strathmore, a national leader in landscape and snow management services. I bring over 25 years of diverse leadership experience spanning operations, corporate strategy, and scientific innovation. Before joining Strathmore, I spent 11 years as Vice President at GardaWorld (TalentWorld division), where she led large-scale staffing and operational programs across Eastern Canada. Known for my ability to align business strategy with operational execution, I played a key role in scaling high-performing teams and delivering consistent, measurable results in dynamic environments. Earlier in her career, I spent more than 15 years in the biotechnology sector, specializing in R&D and intellectual property within fields such as hematology, immunology, and genetics. This scientific foundation continues to influence my structured, data-driven approach to operational leadership. At Strathmore, I am focused on driving excellence across seasonal operations and across Canada, implementing process efficiencies, and supporting strong team development—ensuring that client satisfaction, safety, and performance remain at the core of our company’s growth.

À PROPOS
DE MON ENTREPRISE

Strathmore Landscape Management is a third-generation, family-owned Canadian powerhouse, founded in Dorval, Québec, in 1963. Under the leadership of Jessica Milligan, the company stands out as a women-managed business in a traditionally male-dominated landscape and snow-removal sector. It has earned widespread recognition for excellence: in Ontario, Strathmore won the 2023 National Award of Landscape Excellence (NALE) for Commercial Landscape Maintenance at Consilium Place in Scarborough—marking three consecutive years of accolades—and became a founding member of the NALE Circle of Excellence. In 2012–2023, across Québec and Ontario, multiple awards were also bestowed by Landscape Ontario and CNLA, including:
- 2024 WBE Canada Excellence Awards and a Silver “Rising Star” nod for commercial maintenance at 1100 René‑Lévesque in Montréal
- 2022 NALE National Award of Excellence for Commercial Maintenance at Centropolis in Laval
- 2021 NALE National Award of Excellence for maintaining the Rideau Canal Corridor in Ottawa
These honours underscore Strathmore’s consistent pursuit of horticultural excellence, environmental stewardship, and operational leadership.
