À PROPOS
DE MOI
Commercial Real Estate Development Professional with 15 years of experience in setting the vision and strategy for large-scale commercial redevelopments ($90M+, including the Centre de commerce Mondial de Montréal, Nordelec, 3575 St-Laurent and Gare Viger). A creative problem solver and perfectly bilingual, I am often called in to unblock stressful situations with municipalities, suppliers, contractors, and clients (internal and external). My people, finance, and business skills let me bring all stakeholders together and get things moving.
Having started off in the high-pressure world of advertising agencies (LG2, BBR), I developed a passion for construction after working for special projects after Ubisoft’s launch of Assassin’s Creed (a guillotine was involved!). I then pivoted into residential construction, where I scaled the first project in Quebec of houses built out of eco-friendly maritime containers, including modifying existing municipal bylaws, business development and sales, and scaling the first GC team to handle this avant-garde project. Currently at Allied Properties REIT, the largest office space owner in Montreal, I continue to scale teams and projects, putting the right people in the right place. My seat on the Longueuil CCU allows me to serve and guide the community I live in with my real estate knowledge.
Outside of work, I am personally committed to two causes:
- the economic development of our communities - I have been on the board of Desjardins credit union for 15 years, where I play a role in governance, financial oversight, and recruitment, ensuring a financially healthy and literate community
- the tearing down of barriers for woman, especially in construction – a member of the (Alliance for Women in Leadership), I push to increase opportunities for integration within the sector.
