Caroline’s practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate law, notably real estate transactions, share transactions involving real estate components, construction law and financing.
Caroline holds a bachelor’s degree in civil law from Université de Montréal and a bachelor’s degree in commerce, specialization finance, from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business.
Caroline has participated in a number of large property transactions in recent years. She knows how to adapt and cater to the needs of local and national real estate clients, whether it be real estate developers or real estate portfolio and asset managers. Her expertise also covers real estate financings and construction law.
As an active member of her community for the past several years, Caroline volunteers for numerous community events. As co-founder and co-president of the Université de Montréal’s Institute for Research in Immunology and Cancer Young Philanthropists, Caroline also plays an active role in promoting and funding that institution.
