CREW M would like to congratulate its president, Guylaine Boivin, who has joined Cadillac Fairview’s rank as general manager of the Deloitte Tower and Windsor Station. ‘’It is a wonderful challenge that I couldn’t refuse, mentioned Mrs. Boivin. ‘’The Deloitte Tower is a platinum LEED building and it’s rare to have the opportunity to manage such a modern building jointly with an historical building such as the Windsor Station.
It is a new environment for Mrs. Boivin who has worked for the past three years has director, administration and property management at Groupe immobilier Van Houtte, a family owned business. “At Van Houtte, I was involved in various parts of the business being : transactions, property management and general administration. My experience helped my self-confidence, allowed me to share ideas and take initiative’’.
At Cadillac Fairview, Mrs. Boivin wishes to manage her team cohesively and with harmony. ‘’ I will manage the corporate strategy of those two buildings and manage a team of about 15 employees’’, says Mrs. Boivin.
