The validity period of membership is from January 1st to December 31.

Commercial real estate shall mean income producing real property and real property held for investment.

The following shall not be considered commercial real estate, but instead shall be considered residential real estate: (i) services rendered in connection with one to four-family residential units, (ii) on-site management of multi-family properties; and (iii) builders of one to four-family residential units.

The term “commercial real estate field” shall include accounting, acquisitions, administration, advertising, appraisal, architecture, asset management, corporate, construction, consulting, development, engineering, finance, insurance, interior design/space planning, investments, journalism/publishing, law, leasing, lending, marketing, market research, mortgage banking/brokerage, operations, personnel (search, placement), property management, public service agency/city planning, sales, servicing, syndication, title/escrow services, and such other field as from time to time may be approved by the Board, so long as the services provided relate to commercial real estate.
