o Retail capital expenditure process which aligns LRE and the Divisions on investments including new stores, concepts, rollouts, conversions, right-sizes and renovations;
o Proactive management of occupancy costs to positively impacting stores and enhancing their competitiveness over the long term;
o Delivery of state-of-the-art automated distribution centres in collaboration with supply chain business unit;
o Continue as the industry leader in reducing GHG emissions through a solid carbon reduction strategy, targeting 50% less carbon footprint by 2030
